On 28 th September,in the frame of the 31st International Music Festival “Autumn Tbilisi” Tbilisi Symphony Orchestra, State Choir LATVIJA and the Georgian State Choir under the leadership of Maestro Kakhidze will perform the immortal 9th Symphony of Ludwig van Beethoven.
