CELEBRATION IN THE CHOIR’S PALACE

The State Choir LATVIJA will delight its smallest listeners! This year, the “Celebration in the Choir’s Palace” children’s concert programme will also travel outside of Riga. Featuring songs of Arvīds Žilinskis, the concert will first take place on December 27th at 13:00 in the Zirgu Street Concert Hall. Tickets: https://www.bilesuparadize.lv/en/events/event/78951

Immediately after the concert, the State Choir LATVIJA will travel to Ikšķile. The second concert will take place at 18:00 in the Ikšķile Tautas nams. Tickets are available at the Ikšķiles tautas nams box office.

On December 28th, the choir will visit two of the most beautiful places in Vidzeme – Valmiera, and Sigulda. At 12:00, the choir will greet the children of Valmiera with choral songs and sand animation. Tickets can be purchased here: https://www.bilesuparadize.lv/en/events/event/74417

Later we will travel to Sigulda, where the last performance of this year’s “Celebration in the Choir’s Palace” will take place at 17:00 in the “Baltais flīģelis” Concert Hall. Tickets: https://www.bilesuparadize.lv/en/events/event/75023

The concerts will be conducted by Inita Kamarūte and Valdis Tomsons. The choir will be accompanied by the wonderful sand animator Guna Miķelsone and pianist Māris Vitkus.
