The CD is a dedication to the nineteenth century German composer, Conradin Kreutzer. Although born in Talmalmühle, Germany, the last period of Kreutzer’s life was tied to Riga. The chapel-master and composer created music of various genres (operas, songs, stage music), focusing mainly on church music. The recording was created in collaboration with an expert in Swabian Baroque music – conductor Alexander Sumski.
